Jenson had a career week in week 2 for Chicago. He netted his first career hat-trick in a big 5-0 victory over Toronto. Jenson planned for a big year for his 8u soccer rookie season and tells me that "you haven't seen nothing yet. I am just getting started".
Cooper must have also had his Wheaties last week too. Like Jenson, he also had his first career hat trick and even added a few assists to help secure the win for Minnesota over Charlotte. Cooper has been practicing all summer long and was very deserving of this prestigious honor.
Eric scored a key goal late in the game on Tuesday to help secure a big tie against a well-coached St. Louis squad. Against all odds and battling injuries all year, Eric has still given it his all every game. Nothing can slow this kid down. He's hoping for a big second half push for New England with clinching a playoff birth still in their sights.
